You'll save £60 a year if you pay by Direct Debit. The fast way to set up a Direct Debit is by going to your My3 account, either on your computer or phone.
You can set up a Direct Debit in the following ways:
- Log in to your My3 account by entering your Three number and your password. If you haven't registered yet, you can register your My3 account here.
- Select Setting up a Direct Debit under the Bills section, then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Open the Three app.
- Tap More.
- Tap Set up or change Direct Debit.
Download the the Direct Debit form and print it. Then fill it in and post it to the address at the top of the form.

As soon as we've received your Direct Debit details, we'll start to automatically collect your payment on the due date, which you can see on your bill. Please note that until we’ve successfully taken your first Direct Debit payment, you won't be eligible for the £5 monthly discount.
