You'll save £60 a year if you pay by Direct Debit. The fast way to set up a Direct Debit is by going to your My3 account, either on your computer or phone.
To set up a Direct Debit using your My3 account on your computer:
- Log in to your My3 account by entering your Three number and your password. If you haven't registered yet, you can register your My3 account here
- Follow the onscreen instructions to set up a Direct Debit
To set up a Direct Debit using your My3 account on your phone:
- Go to your My3 account
- Scroll to Payments
- Select Set up/change a Direct Debit and follow the onscreen instructions
As soon as we've received your Direct Debit details, we'll start to automatically collect your payment on the due date, which you can see on your bill. Please note that until we’ve successfully taken your first Direct Debit payment, you won't be eligible for the £5 monthly discount.
You can also use your My3 account to change some of your Direct Debit details such as your bank account information. Any changes must be made five working days before your payment due date, otherwise the changes won't be registered in time. Find out more about changing your Direct Debit payment date.
If you don't want to set up your Direct Debit online, you can download the Direct Debit form and print it. Then fill it in and post it to the address at the top of the form.
