Changing your contract.

If you're on one of our current plans, the easiest way to manage how much you're paying each month and what allowances you have is by tracking your usage in My3. If you need more data at any time you can buy a data Add-on. Just log in to My3 and select Add-ons.

Note: You can only buy Add-ons in My3. If you want to remove an existing Add-on, please call 333 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone (standard rates apply).

If you want to make a bigger or permanent change to your contract, you might be able to move to another price plan at any time during your contract, provided you've kept up to date with all the payments on your existing price plan.

  • If you're currently on a plan bought on or after 18 March 2014, you can increase your minutes and / or data allowance by changing your price plan. Just log in to My3 and select Change Price Plan.
  • If you're on one of our older plans, like the One Plan, you can move to one of our current plans without changing the end date of your contract for a small extra monthly cost.

If you do decide to change your contract, we'll need to know at least 24 hours before your bill date to make sure the change takes place from your next bill.
