Changing your plan.
You can change your contract by moving to another price plan if you’ve kept up-to-date with all your payments on your current plan.
If you’re on a plan bought on or after 18 March 2014, it’s easy to increase your minutes and/ or data allowance online:
- Login to My3 at three.co.uk/my3
- Select view/change your price plan
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re on an older plan such as the One Plan, you can still move to one of our current plans without changing the end date of your contract, for a small extra monthly cost.
Remember if you decide to change your contract, let us know at least 24 hours before your bill date to ensure the change is reflected in your next bill.
If you’re just having a hectic month and you’ve burned up all your data/minutes/text allowances, you can buy an Add-on to tide you over. Just log in to My3 and select Add-ons.
Note: You can only buy Add-ons in My3. If you want to remove an existing Add-on, please call us using the information at www.three.co.uk/contactus.
