If your calls keep dropping, the first thing you should do is look at our coverage checker to see whether you should have good coverage in your area.

If it says you do, or your calls also drop when you're out and about, go to Device Support and choose your phone's manufacturer from the drop-down box, followed by your phone's model name. This will help if there's a problem with your phone and you'll be able to book it in for a fault assessment.
