Managing your Add-on.

You can buy an Add-on for your phone by going to your My3 account on your computer or phone and typing and selecting Buy Add-ons.

If you’re on Pay As You Go, the cost of your Add-on will be taken from your credit. Before you buy an Add-on, you need to make sure that you've got enough credit to cover the cost.

If you have a contract with us, the cost of your Add-on will be taken from your monthly bill.

Our Add BlackBerry Add-on gives you access to the internet, email and BlackBerry Messenger on your BlackBerry phone. If you use a Three SIM in a BlackBerry you'll need to buy this Add-on, if you don't already have it included in your plan, in order to access the internet. You can read more about it here.

If you want to cancel a Pay Monthly Add-on you just need to call us on 333 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1001 (standard rates apply) from any other phone.

You can’t cancel a Pay As You Go Add-on once it’s been activated, you’ll just have to wait until it expires. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund if you bought an Add-on by mistake
