If your device is lost or stolen, you must contact us straight away. We'll protect your account from misuse, help you sort out a replacement, and get you back up and running quickly.

Note: If you’ve already reported your SIM as lost or stolen, you can visit a Three Store or contact us to get a replacement.

Do you have insurance?

  • You can make a Three Rescue™ claim online here, or contact us on the details above.
  • If you have insurance with Lifestyle Services Group (LSG) and want to make a claim you can call the claims line on 0845 674 3333.
  • If you have insurance with CPP Phonesafe and want to make a claim you can call the claims line on 08451 232 333.

Note: You’ll have to pay a claim excess fee for replacing a lost or stolen phone. If you've been the victim of a crime, we recommend you report any stolen device to the police and get a crime reference number.

Anytime your phone is lost or stolen, you should change all your passwords right away, especially the following:

  • Email accounts
  • Online banking
  • Social media accounts
