Reporting your Three device lost or stolen.

If your device is lost or stolen, you should phone us straight away. We’ll protect your account from misuse and if you’ve got Three Rescue™ Full Cover we’ll help you get a replacement so you’re back up and running as quickly as possible. If you’ve been the victim of crime, call the police before anything else and get a crime reference number as soon as possible.

Do you have Three Rescue™ Full Cover insurance?

If you took out Three Rescue™ Full Cover insurance (available to purchase before September 2018) you can make a Three Rescue™ claim online here, or contact us on the details above. You’ll have to pay a claims excess fee to replace your lost or stolen device.
