Sony Xperia™ M2 support.
Saving your battery.
To make the battery last longer you can use one or more battery saving modes, which include Stamina mode, Low battery mode, Location-based Wi-Fi, and Queue background data mode. Each mode works in a different way and controls several power consuming functions on your device.
- Turns off functions that you don't need when your device isn't in use. For example, can pause your Wi-Fi connection, data traffic and several power consuming applications when your device is powered on but the screen is inactive.
Low battery mode:
- Use the Low battery mode to automatically start saving power when the battery reaches a certain charge level.
To set up a battery saving mode:
From the homescreen, tap the Apps icon
Tap Power management
Choose which power saving mode you'd like to activate
You can also check what uses your battery most by tapping Battery usage.
