Turning 4G on or off.

To use 4G on our network, you'll need to make sure you've got the latest software version available for your iPhone. You'll also need to check to make sure you've got 4G coverage in your area.

You can now use our 4G network to make calls when there’s no signal as well as to use Data. To find out if your device is compatible with 4G Super-Voice, and if it’s available in your location, check our 4G Super-Voice page.

You should also make sure that 4G is enabled on your phone. If for some reason you decide you don't want to use 4G yet, you can also disable 4G on your phone.

To enable or disable 4G on your iPhone:

  1. Tap Settings

  2. Tap Mobile Data

  3. Tap Enable 4G to select how you’d like to use 4G. You can turn it off, select Voice & Data, or choose Data Only. Select Off if you just want to connect to our 3G network.
