How to find your Three number

To manage your account online, you'll need to know the Three number of your new hub.

This guide will show you how to find your Three number using the Huawei App, or the browser of any device connected to your Home Broadband hub.

  1. Open the app and enter your hub password, you'll find this under the IP number on the sticker on the base/back of your hub.

  2. Tap Menu

  3. Tap Device information

  4. See My number for your Broadband number

  5. You’ll need to replace the +44 with 0 when you complete the My3 registration. Follow the registration instructions and you receive an SMS with a password to login.

Using the Web UI

  1. Open the browser of your connected tablet or mobile device and go to 192.168.8.1

  2. Select ‘Go directly to web page’ and enter the password, you'll find this under the IP number on the sticker on the base/back of your hub.

  3. Once your logged in, select 'My device'

  4. Your number can be found in My Number.

  5. You’ll need to replace the +44 with 0 when you complete the My3 registration. Follow the registration instructions and you receive an SMS with a password to login.
