Managing your account

You can manage your Three Broadband account using any device that has a browser. You’ll also need the mobile number associated with your Three Broadband account.

This guide will show you how to complete that registration process.

  1. Go to My3 login and enter your Three Broadband number and select Next

  2. If you’ve never registered on My3, you’ll automatically be sent a temporary password by SMS. Check out our guide to using SMS on your Three Broadband Hub and take a note of your temporary password. This password is case sensitive.

  3. Enter your temporary password

  4. You can now change the temporary password. Your new password should be at least 7 characters in length and use a combination of upper and lowercase letters. You can also include numbers and special characters.

  5. You’ll now be prompted to add a recovery email address. We’ll use this address to send a validation link, you’ll need to use this before you can access your account on the Three app. This link expires after 24 hours.

  6. Once you’ve validated your email address, you’ll need to go back to My3 login and enter your Broadband number and your chosen password.

  7. Congratulations! You’re now using My3 to manage your Three Broadband account.
