Why does my interent become slow with more than one device connected?
Our Home Broadband hub has the capability for multiple devices to be connected at any one time, so you should still be able to use your service as normal if you have a number of devices connected. The more you have connected, though, the slower the speeds will be.
If you feel that you don't have many devices connected and are experiencing slow speeds, contact us and we'll see if we can help.
