Why can't I log in to my hub?
It could be that your hub password doesn't meet our security requirements. We've made them quite tough to keep your hub safe and secure, so you can get on with the important business of being online.
If you're logging in for the first time, follow these steps:
Search for Wi-Fi connections.
Select the Wi-Fi name and enter your Wi-Fi password. They’re on the sticker on the base/back of your hub.
Type 192.168.8.1 in your browser's address bar.
Enter the hub password – the default is ADMIN
You can change your Wi-Fi name and password now. Or, choose 'Next' to do this later.
Last step. Set a new, secure hub password.
Make it nice and long – at least 12 characters. Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
If you're still having issues or you want to change the hub password, you can perform a factory reset of your hub
