If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your SIM will be locked. If this happens, call us on 333 free from a Three phone or 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (5p per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary) to request a PUK code. You can use this to unlock your SIM.

Don't try and unlock your SIM without the correct code as this will permanently lock the SIM and you'll lose any information stored on it.

To use your PUK code:

1. Make sure your phone is switched on, your SIM is inserted and the battery is charged
2. You should see the message:Simcard blocked - Enter PUK
3. Enter the PUK code and select OK
4. Enter the new PIN you want to use
5. Enter your new PIN again and select OK

Your phone will now be unlocked.
