Connection problems.

If you're having connection problems or you've forgotten your password or PIN, you should reset your device.

To reset your device:

  1. Turn on your device

  2. Using a pin or paperclip, press and hold the Reset button on the back of the device for about three seconds

  3. The device will automatically restart

    Your default settings will now be restored. You can find your device name (SSID) and Wi-Fi key printed on the device.
