Samsung Galaxy Nexus support.

To send a text message:

1. On the homescreen, tap All apps





2. Tap Messaging





3. Tap Compose





4. To enter contacts, you can:
   
   
   • enter a phone number in the To field. If you want to add more than one number, tap Enter after each number
   • enter the first few letters of the contact you want and tap on the correct name or number that appears
   • tap the icon next to the To field and select the number you want.
     
5. Tap Type message and type your message





6. Tap Send

Your message will now have been sent.
