To send a text message:

1. On the homescreen, tap the arrow to open the menu





2. Tap Text Messages





3. Press the BlackBerry key and tap Compose Text Message





4. In the To field, enter the name or number of the person you want to send the text message to, and then type your message in the message field at the bottom





5. Tap Send

Your message will now have been sent.
