If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your SIM will become locked. You'll need a PUK code to unlock the SIM - call us on 333 free from a Three phone or 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (5p per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary).

Note: Don't try to unlock the SIM without the correct PUK code as this will block your SIM completely. If it gets blocked, you'll lose all the information stored on your SIM and you'll need to get a new SIM. If this happens, call us on 333 free from a Three phone or 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (5p per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary).

To unlock your phone using a PUK code:

1. You'll see this message saying that your PIN is blocked. Tap OK





2. Enter the PUK code and press the select button*





3. Enter the new PIN you want to use and press the select button





4. Enter the new PIN again and press the select button
   

Your SIM will now be unlocked.

*The select button is the black button found in the middle of your phone.
