To back up and sync your BlackBerry, you need the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Software.

If you're using a Windows 8 computer, you'll need to install some extra software to use BlackBerry Desktop Software.

To install the Desktop Software:

1. Select your language and click OK





2. Click Next





3. Select United Kingdom and click Next





4. To accept the license agreement, check the box and click Next





5. The software will choose a default folder, you can change this location if you want to. Click Next





6. Click Install to begin





7. It can take a few minutes for the Desktop Software to install. Once it's done, click Finish
