If you're using a phone that we don't have in our device support, we may still be able to help you set it up. Your phone will need to be unlocked so you can use it with a Three SIM. Find out more about unlocking your phone.

 

If you're having issues connecting to the internet, you might just need to update your phone's settings. The way that you check your settings may be different depending on your phone's software version and manufacturer.
