If you're using a phone, tablet, dongle or Mobile Wi-Fi that's not covered on our Device Support page, don't worry - we may still be able to help you set it up. Remember, your device must be unlocked before you can use it with a Three SIM. Find out more about unlocking your phone.


Problems connecting to the internet.


If you're having trouble connecting to the internet, you might just need to update your phone's settings. How you do this varies from device to device.
