Checking your monthly allowances.
Your monthly allowances are shown on your bill and are reset each month on your bill date. You can check how much of your allowance you've used, how much you have left and when your monthly allowances will be reset by going to your My3 account on your phone or computer.
The first time you visit your My3 account on your computer we'll ask you to register. If you're already registered, just log in to your My3 account with your phone number and password and you'll be able to see your monthly allowance.
Or to check what you've spent since your last bill using your My3 account on your Three phone, select Check allowance now.
On most of our plans, we'll send you a text message to let you know when you’re reaching the limits of your allowance. For instance, if you have a limited data allowance, we’ll send you a text message to let you know when you reach 80% and then100% of your data allowance. With our new plans, we'll also send you a text when you near the end of your minutes. You'll then have the option to increase your allowance with an Add-on by giving us a call on 333 from your Three phone or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone (standard rates apply). My3 is a free service to help you to manage your account and keep track of what you're using.
