What are Add-ons?
Add-ons are great-value little packages that help you save money on the things you do most on your device. They can include bundles or units of texts, calls or internet data (depending on which one you choose), and last until your current bill cycle ends and your monthly allowance refreshes, unless you have a long term Add-on that’s applied to your account each month until you ask us to cancel it.
The Add-ons you can get will depend on which price plan you have with us. You can check which Add-ons you already have, see which ones are available to you and buy an Add-on by logging in to My3 and selecting Allowance then Add-ons. The price you'll see for short-term Add-ons is a one-off cost until the end of the billing month. Long-term Add-ons have a monthly cost.

Why not consider a change of Price Plan?
We used to sell a larger range of long-term Add-ons for extra minutes and data, which renewed every month.
But to make things easier we now offer customers the option to Change Price Plan using My3, so you can still get all the extra minutes and / or data you need on a long-term basis.
Changing price plan is really easy. Just log in to My3 and select Change Price Plan.
Already have a long-term Add-on.
You can still use all the minutes and / or data that came with your Add-on, you just won't be able to buy certain long-term Add-ons anymore. You can check your Price Guide here to find out which Add-ons are available for your price plan. If you need more minutes and / or data on a long-term basis, you can now change your price plan by logging in to My3 and selecting Change Price Plan.
You can check which Add-ons you have by logging in to My3 and selecting Allowance then Add-ons. The price you'll see is the monthly cost.
