Why do I have to buy an Add-on on Pay As You Go?

 

We sell all of our Pay As You Go phones with an Add-on included – you can choose a £10 or £15 All in One Add-on. This is so you can get started as soon as you get your phone. In future, to get the same benefits each time you top-up, you can get an Add-on by calling 444 or choosing your Add-on in your My3 account.

On Mobile Broadband, you'll need to buy a Ready-to-Go Starter Kit – 1GB, 3GB or 12GB. This is so you can get started as soon as you get your device.
