What is a credit check?

When you sign up for a Pay Monthly contract with us, we use the information you provide to carry out a credit check and confirm your identity. We look at the electoral roll to check that the address you gave us is genuine.

 

We use Experian, a licensed Credit Reference Agency who keeps a record of our search and your application.

 

If you make more than one failed credit request by submitting multiple orders which are rejected, this will be noted on your record and might affect your future credit rating.
