What's a refurbished phone?

Our 'refurbished' or 'refreshed' phones are phones that have been sold before and then returned to us under our Returns Policy. We test them thoroughly to make sure they're in perfect working order before we resell them at much lower prices, so it's a good way to get a high-quality phone for less money.

 

All our refurbished phones are:

• fully tested to an as-new standard
• repackaged with all the original accessories
• updated to the latest approved software
• given a final Quality Assurance inspection before going on sale.

All refurbished phones are sold with our full 12 month warranty and cost much less than buying them new.
