Why do I have to set up a Direct Debit?

When you buy a device on a Pay Monthly contract, we need to know you're set up to pay your bills when we send out your device, and Direct Debit is one way to pay your Three bill.

 

If you'd rather pay a different way, you can change the way you pay in your My3 account online after you've got your device.
