To install your dongle on a Mac:


  1. Plug your dongle into one of your Mac's USB slots
  2. A 3Connect icon will appear on your desktop. Double click on it


  3. Double click the 3Connect Installer icon


  4. Read the information and click Continue


  5. Read the software license agreement and click Continue


  6. To accept the software license agreement, click Agree


  7. You'll now be asked where you want the software to be installed. Click the Macintosh HD icon and click Continue

  9. You may be asked for your computer's password. Enter it and click OK


  10. The software will start installing


  11. Once the software's installed, click Close


  12. The 3Connect Setup Assistant should open, click Continue


  13. You'll see a message asking you to insert your PC card. This means your dongle, which should already be plugged in. Click OK


  14. You'll be asked to choose a connection profile. Select 3 UK and click Continue


  15. Click Configure


  16. You may be asked for your password again. Enter it and click OK


  17. Click Finish
  18. You should see the 3Connect connection manager. If you don't, double click on the 3Connect icon in your Applications folder

Your dongle is now ready to use. To connect to the internet, wait until you see the message 'Service available', then click Click to connect.
