If you joined before June 2009 you’ll be on our Flat12 tariff. If you’re on Flat12, all your calls will have a flat rate of 13p per minute. Text messages are charged at 13p per text. You also get a bundle of texts and internet allowance every time you top-up. Voicemail is charged at 16p per minute.

You won’t be able to get all-you-can-eat data if you’re on Flat12. To get all-you-can-eat with one of our All in One Add-ons, you’ll need to switch to our current tariff. Just call 333 and talk to us about moving to Pay As You Go on Three.
