- How can I change my current contract?
If you need more minutes, texts or data, you can increase your allowance by moving to one of our higher value plans or buy an Add-on. Just get in touch and we'll tell you about the options available to you.
Whatever you decide to do, we'll need to know at least 24 hours before your invoice date to make sure the change takes place from your next invoice. For example, if your invoice is dated the 4th of each month, we'll need to know about your request by the 2nd. Any later than that, and the change won't take place until the following month.
- How do I find out when my contract ends?
To find out when your contract ends look at the first letter you got from us when you joined Three. That's where we outlined the details of your contract, including the start and end dates and details of your price plan. It should be on the back of the first page.
If you can't find your letter, or you've got one of our old letters which doesn't have this bit on it, get in touch. We'll check when your contract ends and when you become eligible for an upgrade.
- How do I cancel my contract?
Sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving us. Whatever the reason, we'd like to talk to you before you make any decisions. So, please get in touch, so that we can look at the best options for you. But before you do that here is some important information you need to know:
You need to give us 30 days' notice if you are going to end your contract. You don't have to put in writing, we can do it all over the phone.
If you're thinking of switching to another network, you can request a PAC or STAC. You won't need to give us 30 days' notice, just ask for your PAC/STAC and you'll be billed for all your usage until the time your switch is completed
If you are thinking of leaving us before the end of the contract term you agreed to, there will be a charge. If you're not sure about this, we can explain more when you call.
If your Three phone has been lost or stolen, there's no need to cancel, just let us know straight away. We can protect your account from misuse, sort out a replacement, and get you back up and running quickly.
