Setting up email.

If you use email software like Outlook or Mac Mail, you may need to change some settings so you can still send and receive email while you're using your dongle or Mobile Wi-Fi.

If you're having trouble using email when connected to the internet with your dongle or Mobile Wi-Fi, you may need to change the way your computer connects to us by changing the Server Portnumber. You should change this number to 465, 485 or 587.

To find out how to change your Server Port settings, select your email program below:

You shouldn't have any problems if you have a web-based email account like Hotmail or Gmail. Just open the site in your browser as usual.
