What's covered by Three Rescue

What's covered by Three Rescue.

With effect from 6 March 2020, we no longer offer Three Rescue™ for sale. For more information on our new insurance product, check out About Three Insurance.

If you have a Three Rescue policy, read on for information about what’s covered.

Three Rescue offered two cover options:

Three RescueTM Damage Cover – this protects your device against the risk of damage (including cracked screens and liquid damage) and out-of-warranty breakdown only.

Three RescueTM Full Cover – this protects your device against the risk of loss, theft, damage (including cracked screens and liquid damage) and out-of-warranty breakdown.

We cover your phone, tablet or dongle bought from Three and registered to your Three account, as well as any accessories that come in the box with your device. If you got a laptop or tablet as part of a deal when you bought a mobile Wi-Fi device, Three Rescue only covers the mobile Wi-Fi device. Read more about making a Three Rescue claim on our main Three RescueTM page.
